Anchored In Hope
This is a program for women who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss. Our facilitators will guide you through the book Anchored in a casual, drop-in meeting. To learn more about this group reach out to Aria.
Lactation Support
For our clients only: we offer lactation consultations and breastfeeding Q&A sessions (in person or virtual) during the third trimester of pregnancy. We also provide breastfeeding support and resources after baby is born. Contact Mary Healy, Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Counselor for support. Available seven days/week for last minute questions.

For our clients only: A Post-Partum Doula can provide support during the newborn season, which can be exhausting. Your body is still healing and there are many emotions to navigate while learning to parent your newborn. It can feel overwhelming. If you need encouragement and support, reach out to Aria Krulish, DONA Certification Postpartum Doula.
