Support Resources
CPC offers a few services exclusively to our patients and clients.
As part of our Education Branch, we offer some great resources and support.
Birth Classes
We offer quarterly birth classes for women in their third trimester who are current patients of the Community Pregnancy Center. Led by our licensed medical staff, these classes help expectant mothers feel prepared and supported as they approach labor, delivery, and the early days of motherhood. Classes will go over essential topics such as what to expect during childbirth, comfort measures, labor stages, postpartum care, and lactation support.
To participate or receive updates about upcoming classes, please email us.
Lactation Support
We offer in-person and virtual lactation consultations and breastfeeding Q&A sessions during the third trimester. These sessions are designed to help expectant mothers feel prepared and confident as they approach breastfeeding, covering topics such as getting started, common challenges, feeding cues, and what to expect in the early days after birth. Ongoing breastfeeding support and resources are also available after your baby is born.
Support is provided by Mary Healy, RN, Certified Lactation Counselor, who is available seven days a week for questions and guidance. Contact Mary directly to schedule support.
